Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • All original tags and accessories must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Integrated LED Downlights (once installed)
  • LED Tubes that show signs of use
  • Home Security Cameras & CCTV systems that have been activated
  • Any products with removed or damaged serial numbers

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request” and include your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Specify whether you’re requesting a refund or exchange, and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email you within 1-2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the provided return label.
  5. Wait for Processing: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be required for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. In your email, clearly specify the replacement product you want
  3. If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  4. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method

Note: For commercial lighting orders over $500, please contact our business support team for specialized return handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product (such as LED battens, floodlights, or emergency lighting systems):

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item for quality control purposes

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (DHL or FedEx)
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences
