Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking included

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our LED lighting products, from dimmer switches to emergency lighting systems. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our return process works:

Eligibility Requirements

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All original tags and accessories must be included
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned:

  • Integrated LED Downlights (once installed)
  • LED Tubes showing signs of use
  • Activated Home Security Cameras & CCTV systems
  • Products with removed or damaged serial numbers

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with subject “Return/Exchange Request” and your order number.
  2. Provide Details: Specify if you want a refund or exchange and the reason for return.
  3. Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  4. Ship Your Return: Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Affix the provided return label.
  5. Wait for Processing: We’ll inspect your return and process your refund/exchange within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (e.g., swapping LED spotlights for different wattage or changing color temperature on LED battens):

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly specify the replacement product in your email
  • If the replacement costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Commercial Customers: For commercial lighting orders over $500 (including high bay LED bulbs or ceiling panels), please contact our business support team for specialized return handling.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products (such as LED floodlights, emergency lighting systems, or LED battens):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using trackable services (DHL or FedEx)
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion differences
